7. newby soloing ded 3 complex - in Missions & Complexes [original thread]
I thought all generic DED plexes over 2/10 got moved to exploration content a while ago? If so you'd have to scan them down before you could run them. Harb should work well for level 3 missions which will get you decent rewards.
